You will join the young and dynamic eSafe whose mission is to provide an appropriate eSafe for every type of building. With an eSafe on your doorstep, things can be delivered and collected 24/7. With an eye for design.

You convince architects and project developers in the residential market to opt for our total solutions. 

As Business Development Manager – Architects & Project Developers BE, you are responsible for the sales of the eSafe Wall within the project market in Belgium.

Your main duties and responsibilities are:

• B2B Sales: You will win and follow up projects from prescription and sales to installation and service contract start-up. You keep an eye on market trends to adjust sales strategies if necessary.
• Network development: You leverage your existing network and build new relationships with architects and project developers to increase the visibility and reach of eSafe Wall. You succeed in infiltrating this prescriptive market and become regarded as a trusted business partner
• Customer relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer relationships. Understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• You cooperate with strategic partners and coordinate with the internal organisation (production, internal sales, R&D).

Requirements:

• You listen to customers and advise based on their needs.
• You are a real networker.
• You can already rely on a strong network of architects and project developers.
• You convince with style and perseverance.
• Commercial experience with the target group/project market is a plus.
• Being able to read building plans and having a feel for design are both great assets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Job description:

After general training at eSafe, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:

• Designing new and improving existing products, in consultation with marketing, sales and the R&D team.
• Collaborating in team on ambitious new product developments with focus on solving technical issues, prototyping, setting up proper testing, coordinating with in-house production and following up with suppliers.
• Technical drafting of designs in Inventor.
• The successful integration of new products into the production process
• Keeping multiple projects clearly organized in a project schedule and correctly prioritising between sub-tasks to meet predetermined deadlines.
• Assisting less experienced colleagues with technical issues and project planning.

Requirements:

• You enjoyed an engineering degree (or equivalent through experience).
• You are fluent in Inventor.
• You are driven, results-oriented and eager to contribute to the growth of eSafe.
• You do not hesitate to talk to suppliers and partners to take their feedback into account
• You see a challenge as something positive and set an example, supporting the team where necessary.
• You are curious and show interest to understand complex problems and come up with an appropriate solution.
• You are someone who is positive and sees an opportunity in every problem to come up with a better product
• You are pragmatic and have common sense to keep things moving forward.
• Experience with injection mouldings, aluminium profiles, sheet metal and aluminium castings is a great asset.
